Programmable Ozone Oxidation with Fully Automated Sludge Purge

Built on the full NanoJet™ STANDARD Iron & Sludge Removal Kit platform — FUSION™ turbulence reactor, AFM® Ultra Fine Grade 0 auto-backwash vessel, 1.1kW self-priming jet pump and automated valve control — the PREMIUM kit adds a 10g/h ozone generator on a programmable, cyclic timer for a significantly stronger oxidation stage. Instead of relying on AFM's catalytic surface alone, ozone is injected on a programmed dosing cycle to aggressively oxidise dissolved iron, manganese, hydrogen sulphide and organics, with the system then auto-backwashing on its own schedule to purge the resulting precipitate — fully unattended, and with no chemical residual left behind, since ozone reverts to oxygen within minutes of dosing.

How It Works

Turbulent Re-circulation — the 1.1kW self-priming pump drives water through the FUSION™ reactor's Venturi injector, eliminating stratification and dead zones.

Programmable Ozone Injection — on a pre-set cyclic schedule, the 10g/h ozone generator doses ozone directly into the Venturi injection point, saturating the water column with a powerful oxidant on a controlled duty cycle matched to tank turnover, rather than dosing continuously.

Advanced Oxidation — ozone and the AFM® Ultra Fine Grade 0 bed's own catalytic free-radical action combine to oxidise dissolved iron, manganese, H₂S and organics into filterable floc, well beyond what passive catalytic filtration achieves alone.

Auto-Backwash Purge — the automated valve-controlled backwash cycle flushes captured sludge and oxidised precipitate from the FRP vessel on its own program — no manual draining, no operator input.
