Automated Oxidation & Sludge Precipitation for Small-to-Mid Tanks

The NanoJet™ VORTEX Auto Sludge Removal Kit pairs Dryden Aqua AFM® Activated Glass — Ultra Fine Grade 0 — with the high-velocity turbulence and oxygenation of the NanoJet VORTEX™ Standard Kit, driven by a 1.1kW self-priming jet pump on an automatic timer. Together they continuously oxygenate, oxidise, and settle out sediment in 1,000–2,500L tanks — no manual scrubbing, no draining, no moving parts inside the tank.

How It Works

Turbulent Re-circulation — the jet pump draws water through the VORTEX™ reactor's Venturi injector, breaking thermal stratification and driving oxygen deep into the water column.

Catalytic Oxidation — passing through the AFM® Ultra Fine Grade 0 bed (0.25–0.5mm amorphous aluminosilicate glass), water meets a self-sterilizing, catalytic surface that converts dissolved oxygen into free radicals, oxidising dissolved iron, manganese and organics into filterable precipitate down to 1 micron.

Auto-Backwash Purge — on the analogue timer's programmed cycle, the FRP vessel automatically backwashes, flushing captured sludge out of the system.
