Industrial-Grade Turbulence & Ultra-Fine Oxidation for Bulk Storage
Engineered for tanks up to 10,000L, the NanoJet™ CYCLONE Auto Sludge Removal Kit pairs a larger AFM® Activated Glass Ultra Fine Grade 0 vessel with the industrial-grade turbulence and deep oxygenation of the NanoJet CYCLONE™ reactor, powered by a 1.1kW self-priming jet pump on an automatic timer — continuous oxidation and hands-free sludge removal at bulk-storage scale.
Key Performance Attributes
- Maximum-Volume Turbulence: CYCLONE™'s high-output jet stream drives complete circulation through 5,000–10,000L reservoirs, eliminating stratification corner-to-corner.
- Ultra-Fine Filtration & Oxidation: AFM® Grade 0 media (0.25–0.5mm, 1-micron filtration) catalytically oxidises dissolved iron, manganese and organics into precipitate for removal.
- Larger-Capacity Vessel: 14"×65" / 120-litre FRP auto-backwash vessel, sized for the higher sediment loads of bulk tanks.
- Fully Automated Cycle: 1.1kW self-priming pump + timer runs oxidation and auto-backwash without operator input.
- Self-Sterilizing, Long-Life Media: resists biofouling and algae; up to 15-year service life vs. sand.
- Certified for Potable Water: NSF/ANSI/CAN 50, 61 & 372 and EN17978 compliant.
