The NanoDose™ Standalone Iron Removal Kit is a powerful, solution engineered to oxidize and eliminate dissolved iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) from your raw water source. By leveraging the powerful oxidizing properties of sodium hypochlorite, this system converts soluble metals into solid particles that can be easily filtered out, delivering crystal-clear water for residential, commercial, or agricultural applications.

This kit is more than just a pump; it is a fully integrated chemical injection system designed for maximum efficiency and reliability. The proprietary Nanojet Complete Assembly ensures that every drop of oxidant is fully utilized and entrained into the incoming jet stream, preventing waste and reducing chemical costs.

Precision Chemical Delivery:

At the heart of the system is a high-accuracy, variable-rate dosing pump. This precision pump injects a controlled volume of sodium hypochlorite directly into the raw water feed, ensuring you achieve the exact Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) required to break down iron and manganese without overdosing.

Advanced Nanojet Injection Assembly:

The system features the patented Nanojet Complete Assembly, which combines a NanoJet Vortex Reactor Nozzle with a high-efficiency **Venturi Injector**.

  • The Venturi Injector creates a powerful vacuum that draws the sodium hypochlorite into the water stream.
  • The Vortex Reactor Nozzle then forces the water-chemical mixture through a specialized chamber, creating intense turbulence and shearing action. This thoroughly entrains the sodium hypochlorite into the raw water on a molecular level, ensuring immediate and complete mixing. This rapid reaction time is critical for oxidizing manganese, which traditionally requires longer contact times.

Complete System Integration:

Your kit comes ready to install, featuring a durable Dosing Tank for chemical storage (Clear for inside installations and Blue for exterior installations) and all components of the injector assembly which can easily be assembled and installed into your water tank.

Critical End-Use Requirement: Post-Treatment Filtration

Important Note for Potable Water & Irrigation:

While sodium hypochlorite is a highly effective oxidizer, it leaves a chlorine residual in the water. If the treated water is intended for drinking (potable use) or for crop irrigation,the water must pass through a Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Carbon Block Filter immediately following the oxidation process.

Why? The GAC Carbon Block serves a dual purpose:

  • Chlorine Removal: It effectively adsorbs and neutralizes the residual chlorine, ensuring the water is safe, tasteless, and odor-free for consumption or sensitive plant life.
  • Sediment Filtration: Once oxidized by the sodium hypochlorite, the dissolved iron and manganese turn into solid precipitates (floc). The GAC Carbon Block acts as a high-efficiency barrier, trapping these solid particles and delivering polished, clear water.


Note: For non-potable industrial or wastewater applications, a standard sediment filter or settling tank may be sufficient; however, for human consumption or agriculture, a GAC Carbon Block is mandatory.
